- If the server cheating message comes up you will have one chance to fix it.
Procedures taken for cheating: 1st time - Chance to fix it & 2nd time – No points for the night and possible suspension

Lap Cars
-ALL drivers are required to use a mirror.

-If you’re 2 or more laps down, PLEASE pull off.
-If you’re going to “joy ride” around the track, league officials will ask you to leave, OBEY THEM.
-Yield to leaders unless you’re racing another competitor, in that case it’s the leader’s responsibility to let you run your race, as well as work around you.
-If the leader bluntly moves you, do not retaliate! Retaliation will lead to penalties possibly resulting in suspension.

Leaders lapping cars.
-A leader should NOT move a slower driver out of there way, try working past them first.
-If a lap car attempts to race you hard, or continuously block you, calmly move them. DO NOT knock them out. If it is judged in the official’s view that you took them out for this reason you will be penalized.

Rough Driving
No rough driving of any kind.
No taking people out of racing contention intentionally during any Sim Fan sanctioned racing event.
- If you are taken out you WILL NOT retaliate against the person who had made contact with you or you will face the same penalty as they do.

- NO RED CARS!- If you are seen in a RED car you will be asked to change to an in game skin.

- If you change skins after season starts you must retain the same tex number as the skin you sent in.
-If you are spotted in a red car by an admin.
Procedures taken for red cars: 1st time - Warning, 2nd time - Points taken, 3rd time – Points deducted and possible suspension

Other Notes
-No Arguing, Cursing, or any conflict between drivers will be tolerated. If you have a problem with this please contact a race official we will handle the problem.

-No series points will be awarded to anyone who receives a provisional for a league. Leagues can give them but they must be marked on the results so the points are not added to the series totals.
-All decisions made by ANY official; league or series IS FINAL. There is no need to argue the decision. Arguing any decision could result in penalties.
-Anyone going on ANY website or forum and bashes any league, official, or other driver will receive penalties. This is what causes many problems in this game today. My suggestion would be not put it on Sim Fans because if it is a severe case you could be banned for a few days to calm down.
-If you are lagging in the race and it is so bad the league cannot race you will be asked to leave. If you choose not to leave and you are making it where the race cannot continue you will be booted from the server and receive last place points. We will make every attempt to allow your stay, if it is possible to race with your lag you will be allowed to stay. This is the official’s decision so there is no need to argue the call

-Each league will have their own format for qualifying, heats, etc.
-Rules about cautions and anything else not stated in these rules will be at the discression of each individual league. Therefore those rules will also be enforced through that league.
-Sim Fans Sanctioning Body will handle any and all problems and hand out any penalties. Please note, this is going to be the toughest penalties seen as of yet. We are trying to turn this game around and will not tolerate a whole lot of crap.

If you have any issues with any league and do not feel you can talk to the league officials you are free to contact tas or Brett. Also, if you feel that the rules stated above are not enfored for any sanctioned league or that things are not handled as they should be please contact the two listed above. The only way we know about problems is if you report them. You can use the form on the series website to submit any issues, suggestions, or questions.

Rules are subject to change and have ammendments made.  It is the driver's responsibility to keep up to date on any changes made.  Please note that each league could have different rules regarding any aspect not covered above.
